Every Step of the Way
Can I refer someone else to the program?
Yes. You may refer someone to the Jasmine Road program, and our staff welcomes questions about the admission process. However, each applicant must speak directly with Jasmine Road staff for an interview and screening. Because the application includes sensitive, personal information, the applicant must complete the application herself.

How long does it take to be admitted to the program?
Because bed space is limited, we cannot provide a specific timeline for admission. Applicants must maintain regular contact with Jasmine Road staff and follow their individualized admission plan to remain active on the waiting list.
What are the eligibility requirements?
To be considered for the Jasmine Road residential program, a woman must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a history of prostitution or trafficking AND have a substance use disorder.
- Be willing to commit to the full two-year residential program.
- Be willing to participate in open recovery groups and other programming recommended by Jasmine Road staff.
Jasmine Road is a residential restoration program, not a transitional or halfway-house program. Residents are expected to actively participate in programming throughout their stay.
Depending on an individual's circumstances, Jasmine Road may require completion of alcohol or drug detoxification and/or inpatient treatment before entering the residential program.
Who is not eligible for the program?
Jasmine Road currently cannot provide residential services to:
- Women who are pregnant.
- Women who have children living with them.
- Women who are required to register on a sex offender registry.
- Women receiving disability benefits or otherwise unable to work.
Women with outstanding criminal charges may not be eligible. Each situation is reviewed individually by Jasmine Road staff.
How much does the program cost?
There is no cost for women who participate in the Jasmine Road residential program.
Do you provide emergency housing or shelter?
Jasmine Road does not provide emergency housing or emergency shelter.

A Future She Defines, In Full Bloom
After 18-24 months in our residential program, women become candidates for graduation, a celebration of everything they've rebuilt. Some go on to full-time roles at Jasmine Kitchen or Jasmine Boutique; others take what they've learned and build careers elsewhere in the community.
